1) 100% refundable minus $30 cancelation fee.
2) Change your date with no penalty fee

7 - 20 days prior to booking date

1)  50% refundable
2)  Change your date with a $15 date change fee

Less than 7 days prior to booking

1) 0% refundable if canceled less than 7 days before arrival.
2) No date change allowed but may switch booking to another person's name for a $15 change fee
